Frank Lloyd Wright originally created this Native American sculptural figure to go with his design of the Nakoma Country Club in Madison, Wisconsin in 1923. Due to the costs of construction, the country club did not build Wright's design.
His design was finally constructed after his death in Clio, California in 2001 by the Taliesin Architects.
This Native American warrior, Nakomis, is teaching his son to shoot with a bow and arrow.
